SEQSTER ranks No. 179 in Healthcare & Medical nationwide and No. 34 in the San Diego metro area, reflecting three years of expansion across life sciences, healthcare, and clinical research

SAN DIEGO — August 11, 2026 — Inc. magazine today announced that SEQSTER, the healthcare technology company that connects, collects, and refines patient-consented health data into a unified longitudinal patient view, ranked No. 1,669 on the 2026 Inc. 5000, its annual ranking of the fastest-growing private companies in America.

SEQSTER placed No. 179 in the Healthcare & Medical category nationwide, No. 34 among all private companies in the San Diego metro area, and No. 238 in California.

The ranking reflects a period in which SEQSTER expanded from patient-facing health data access into the core infrastructure layer for clinical research. Over the past eighteen months the company introduced 1-Click Data Refinery™ to prepare longitudinal data for AI at scale, 1-Click DataLake™ to accelerate trial design and evidence generation, AI-powered patient screening, and 1-Click Sites™, which converts clinical sites into research-ready data collection points with their own FDA 21 CFR Part 11 compliant portals.

"Growth like this is a lagging indicator. It tells you a problem was real and that the market finally had a way to solve it. When we started SEQSTER, health data lived in systems that were never built to talk to each other, and the people who needed it most, patients and researchers, waited the longest," said Ardy Arianpour, CEO and Co-Founder of SEQSTER. "We set out to fix that. This recognition reflects how many health systems, life sciences companies, and patients moved to a connected, consent-driven model over the past three years. I am proud of our team for building it and grateful to the partners who trusted us early."

SEQSTER's platform now holds regulatory-grade data on over 150 million patients, spanning electronic health records, pharmacy, laboratory, genomic, and wearables. Life sciences organizations use it to accelerate research and generate real-world evidence, AI developers use it to train higher-quality models on standardized data, and patients use it to access and manage their own records.
