Last updated: August 18, 2026

You may revoke your consent to SEQSTER’s TEFCA Individual Access Services (IAS) at any time, for any reason. This page provides step-by-step instructions. You do not need to contact us first, and there is no fee or waiting period.

Step-by-Step Instructions to Revoke Consent

  1. Log in to your SEQSTER account at your SEQSTER portal.
  2. Go to Profile > Privacy & Consent.
  3. Locate the “TEFCA health records access” row and click “Revoke.”
  4. Review the revocation notice explaining that TEFCA record retrieval will stop immediately. Click “Revoke consent” to confirm your request electronically.
  5. Need help? Contact SEQSTER at privacy@seqster.com or +1-850-888-3282.

What Happens When You Revoke Consent

  • Revoking your consent will not affect anything we did before the date you revoked it.
  • After that date, you will not be able to use IAS unless you give new consent.
  • SEQSTER will stop retrieving your health information through TEFCA Exchange immediately upon revocation.

Other Ways to Revoke

If you are unable to access the app, you may also revoke your consent by emailing privacy@seqster.com or calling +1-850-888-3282. We will confirm your revocation in writing.
